Guided Meditation: Creating Positive Changes To Your Life
Did you get a chance to do the meditation I posted last night? I finally got around to it at 11 p.m. It was nice to get back to meditating and I’m eager to make this part of my daily routine again. Are you ready to join me?
This one is only 5 minutes so we can work this into even the busiest of days.

I have a small Facebook group called Namaste, Y’all. We share information about yoga, meditation and mindfulness. Every so often we do a meditation challenge. I just started one for the month of December and thought I’d offer y’all a chance to do it, too. December can be a really hectic time as we scurry about buying gifts, signing Christmas cards, decorating, attending holiday events, etc. It’s good to take a little time each day to sit, breathe, and quiet the mind. Join me as I make this a daily practice.
Each day I’ll post a guided meditation video (or maybe a podcast link) here. I’m going to *try* to have it posted early each morning. If you have any favorite meditation sources I’d love to hear about them. Leave me a comment.
