We live 20 minutes from town so adding 40 minutes of driving time to a gym workout means we aren’t likely to do it. That’s why we have a treadmill, exercise bike and weight machine at home. (I didn’t say we use them consistently, though – ha!). All that equipment takes up a lot of room, though. That’s why I really like the idea of a folding exercise bike. I wish we had seen this one before we bought ours. The price is very reasonable, too. This would make a great family gift.
All of these items are available from Amazon.com so they should arrive before Christmas.
