Welcome to LWD’s Menu Plan Monday. How was your weekend? I hope you did at least one fun thing. We did two. On Saturday night we saw a local production of “How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying”. David and I both love the movie and it was such fun seeing it performed live. Then Sunday evening we went to a live music event.
This week looks to be about “normal”, whatever that means around here. David is off work Monday. I have a hair appointment and choir. Otherwise I’m not aware of any other commitments or meetings. But it’s a rare week nothing unexpected comes up so we’ll see. Let’s take a look at what’s cooking this week at our house.

David is off today for Presidents Day. I think we may go see an early evening movie and then eat dinner afterwards in town.
- french fries
A friend has surgery on Tuesday so I’m bringing her and her family dinner this evening. I’ll double our dinner and drop hers off on my way to choir.
- Chicken Marbella
- tossed green salad
- green beans
- Easy Cheesy Black Bean Enchiladas
- chips and salsa
- garlic bread
Mexican food after church and save half for dinner.
If you haven’t seen it, I highly recommend the movie, “How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying”.
