I had leftover pizza sauce from an appetizer I made for our party Friday night, plus part of a container of black olives and some bell pepper. Sounds like a good start for pizza, doesn’t it? But first you have to make the pizza dough:
After lightly browning the crusts on my pizza stone, I topped them with pizza sauce, black olives, chopped bell pepper, caramelized onions, crushed pineapple, pepperoni (on one), cheese, thinly sliced tomatoes and a sprinkling of basil. Back in the oven until done and…wow! Really good pizza.

but needed to make one of the pizzas without pepperoni.
That explains these two oddly-shaped pizzas.
