I’m now in a pretty good routine of grocery shopping at Aldi every other week and it seems to be saving me some money. I did this Aldi grocery haul last Thursday, rather than Friday, because I was in town that day for an appointment. We live 15-20 minutes out of town so I try to consolidate trips.

You may notice that the only meat I bought was a package of chicken breasts. I still have pork chops, chicken sausages, breakfast sausage, ground beef, shrimp, one or two more packages of chicken and a turkey breast in the freezer. We are also doing more meatless meals.
I will need to pick up more salad ingredients and bananas but otherwise I think I’ve got everything I’ll need for this two-week period.
Have a beautiful day, my friends!

Going shopping when you’re in town already, even if it’s a day early, is a sensible idea, especially when you live out of town.
Yes, even though I drive a Prius I still try to be mindful about my use of fuel. Not to mention the time savings.
So excited because we are supposed to be getting an Aldi within about 5 miles of us! I haven’t gone there often either due to the distance. This summer a group of family and I went to Germany for 2 weeks. Aldi stores were everywhere! We visited almost every day. I love Aldi.
I love Aldi, too! Great prices and small enough to be in and out in a reasonable amount of time.
