Do you listen to podcasts? I started a little over a year ago and now I’m hooked. I love to listen while on the treadmill, driving alone in the car, putting on my makeup, cleaning the kitchen…
The first one I got into was “Serial”. I found myself actually looking forward to getting on the treadmill in order to hear the next episode. If you haven’t heard this one I highly recommend it. Utterly fascinating.
After Serial was over I started looking for other podcasts. I honestly don’t recall which I found first or even how I found all of them but I thought I’d share 7 podcasts that I have found to be inspiring, informative, and yes, life-changing.
7 Podcasts That Will Change Your Life
The Productive Woman by Laura McClellan
French Kiss Life by Tonya Leigh
Magic Lessons with Elizabeth Gilbert
Tranquility Du Jour with Kimberly Wilson
The Simple Sophisticate by Shannon Ables
Each of these podcasts has impacted my life in a positive way and I highly recommend them all.
If you have a favorite podcast, leave me a link in the comments so I can check it out. And now I’m going to go listen to one while I put on my makeup. Have a great day, friends!

Can you believe I have never listened to a podcast?! I have an app on my phone with a few cooking/food programs on there, but have never listened to them. Maybe it’s because I’m not much of an auditory person – unless it’s music. I’m interested in the Elizabeth Gilbert podcast though because I love her books. I actually might give some of it a listen. 🙂 Thanks for the suggestions.

I’m very much a visual learner myself but years ago when I was a hospice nurse and traveling a lot, I started listening to audio books in the car. It took a bit of time but I eventually trained my brain to be able to tune in and enjoy. I’m still not much of an auditory person but I’ve gotten better.

Great list! My family and I loooooove podcasts. One of our very favorite is Sword & Scale. It’s a true crime podcast and it is so interested. We’ve listened to Serial too. Very good.
There are so many great podcasts…..thanks for sharing.

Geez, sorry. I re-read and cringed at all my stinking errors! I’m an educated person. Really. 😉

Ha! No problem. Sometimes our fingers have minds of their own. 🙂
