I can’t recall how I found it but for some time I’ve been receiving daily emails from www.tut.com. They are short, positive notes of encouragement and some are so good I have kept them in a file. This is the one I found in my inbox this morning.
People who give, Deanna, are given to.
People who care, are cared for.
And people who love…age slower, run faster, jump higher, eat healthier, tend to live in cottages, are as happy with friends as they are alone, climb more trees, skip when they could walk, kiss when they could talk, take the odd Friday off, experience faster manifestations, and are really popular with animals.
Love, baby –
The Universe
I love that! And this does sound like my life. Well, maybe not the tree-climbing part. 😉 But I do my best to love and care for others and that has been returned to me to an astonishing degree recently. I’ve really been “feeling the love” from friends and family which in turn, makes me even more likely to reach out to others. Love is like that – an ever widening circle, like the ripples from a stone skipped across a still lake.
Here is the rest of today’s email:

And you’re just the sort, Deanna, we’d expect to find with lots of friends, in a tree, on an island you named after your last squirrel.
Again, probably not in a tree unless it was in a Swiss Family Robinson tree house (always wanted one of those) but with lots of friends on an island? Yeah, sounds perfect. And how did TUT know that I once tamed a squirrel at our family’s cabin in the mountains? Or that when the kids were little we a squirrel which hung out at our house for a few years? Chris named him Brian. Brian Island? I’ll have to think about that one.
Oh, and that part about taking “the odd Friday off”? Tune in tomorrow evening to hear more about that.

I get Notes from the Universe, too 🙂 I really enjoy them and they always seem so timely.

I'm often amazed by the way the notes will address just exactly what I needed to hear that particular day. It's almost eerie. 😉
