Several of Chris’ friends are amazing artists and we always try to attend their art shows. The other day we received a Facebook invite to a local showing and, as usual, we planned to attend. It was this afternoon/evening, however, and David is absolutely swamped at work trying to get caught up a bit before we leave for California on Thursday. He was thinking about skipping this one until we heard about this:
That’s right, Kody Wilson did sketches of US! He even titled them “The Pirate” and “The Hippie”. If you are local you can see them in the window of Karen’s Art and Framing on Main Street the rest of this month. And do note the “sold” tags on both of them. No, we didn’t buy them but we know who did. We might have to work out a deal. 😉
