Well, we survived our trip to New Orleans and are trying to get back into our usual routine, whatever that means these days. Our Happyland Music Alliance business is going better than we ever expected but it’s keeping us very busy. I hope each of you is doing well and that you are enjoying weather as nice as ours.
Monday:
- boiled new potatoes with grated cheese
- fresh corn on the cob
- roasted asparagus
- sliced tomato
Yes, it is springtime and I couldn’t be happier about the expanded fresh produce options. Sometimes you just need to make a meal out of fresh veggies.
Tuesday:
David will be out of town. I have leftover homemade spaghetti sauce from Sunday night so I’ll make a pasta casserole out of it for Chris and myself.
- pasta casserole
- salad
Wednesday:
One of our musicians is playing on the patio of Rib Crib, starting at 6 p.m. so we will eat dinner there.
Thursday:
Another musician will be playing at Papa Gjorgjo’s North Lounge at 7 p.m. and we will eat dinner there.
Friday:
Our Friday show doesn’t begin until 9 p.m. so we can eat dinner at home. Yay!
- baked chicken with homemade sweet and sour sauce
- rice
- green beans
- salad
- fresh pineapple
Saturday:
Our Saturday show starts at 9 so again, we can eat at home first.
- leftover chicken
- homemade potato salad
- pineapple
