I’ve really been enjoying my Instant Pot. I am still very much in the experiment stage and always on the lookout for more recipes. I don’t have an instant pot. I may get one at some point, but I have more important things to get first.
I don’t have even a tentative menu for this week. We’ve finally made some progress on sorting the shelves out, so we’re trying to get some of the stuff out of boxes and on to the shelves, we’re supposed to be going to fetch the Christmas tree tomorrow evening, and there are a couple of other things happening too, so we’re just playing it by ear and grabbing whatever we have on hand that can be made quickly when we’re ready to eat.

Is your tree decorated yet? We just got back from New Orleans late last night. I’m planning to start some decorating this evening and then hopefully get the tree up on Friday. My daughter is extremely allergic to real Christmas trees and I’m sensitive to them, too, so we have an artificial tree. I love the smell of real ones, though.

Yep. We got the tree on Wednesday, and decorated it over Thursday and Friday (it would have just been on Thursday, but we were doing the tree in between other things). Pictures are going up on my blog on Sunday, and on Facebook when I get around to it.
I’ve never had a real tree before. Don’t know if I will every year, but wanted to do so at least once. It smells so nice!

I look forward to seeing your pictures. I hope to get my tree finished on Saturday and will share pictures next week.
