Ingredients

  • 4-6 thick-cut, boneless pork chops
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 8 ounces chicken broth
  • 2-4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2-4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1-2 cups tiny yellow potatoes (opt.)

Instructions

  1. Spray slow cooker with non-stick spray. 

  2. Season pork chops on both sides with garlic salt and pepper then place in slow cooker.

  3. Sprinkle with basil, oregano and paprika.

  4. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. 

  5. Place potatoes on and around the pork chops and then pour in the chicken broth. 

  6. Cook on low 6-8 hours or until very tender.
