I’m tired of feeling as though I don’t have enough time for the things I want to do. According to this month’s LWD Book Club selection, by tracking my hours for a full week, then evaluating and prioritizing, I’ll have plenty of time. I guess we’ll find out if that’s true.

Vanderkam shows that with a little examination and prioritizing, you’ll find it is possible to sleep eight hours a night, exercise five days a week, take piano lessons, and write a novel without giving up quality time for work, family, and other things that really matter.
