Monday:
I have leftover roast beef to use tonight. Since it’s cool and rainy I think a pot of vegetable beef soup will hit the spot.
- vegetable beef soup
- crackers
- fresh strawberries for *dessert*
Tuesday – Thursday:
David will be out of town and I am determined to take off at least a couple of pounds this week. I bought some packages of frozen vegetable blends and I plan to eat one of those and a salad each of the three nights David is away.
Friday:
Saturday:
- spaghetti
- salad
- garlic bread

Monday: veggie burger and salad.
Tuesday: it's been a hectic day with a book release and a guest post happening on the same day, so we decided to have the takeaway planned to celebrate hubby's birthday early, and ordered pizza.
Wednesday: veggie breakfast wraps.
Thursday: baked potato with broccoli cheese.
That's as far as I've gotten, though we've agreed we'll both pick something for Friday that will be sure to have leftovers, so we can just heat those up on Saturday (that way hubby still won't have to cook on his birthday, and we can just relax together and watch a movie; which was the reason for the original plan of ordering takeout).
