Monday:
Busy Monday! In addition to all my usual household and work tasks, I have a meeting in town at noon. Since it’s a 20 minute drive each way that takes a good chunk out of the middle of my day. Fortunately I have some leftover ham which I need to use so an easy casserole will be on the menu this evening.
- Hawaiian One-Pan Pasta
- salad
Tuesday:
David will be out of town so I’ll just have a salad or something.
Wednesday:
- Lentil Tacos
- salad
- chips and salsa
Thursday:
- spaghetti and meatballs
- salad
- green beans
- garlic bread
Friday:
We are going out of town for the weekend to celebrate my birthday. We will probably eat somewhere in Norman on our way to Oklahoma City.
Saturday:
We haven’t decided for certain where we will eat but I’m hoping the weather will be nice and we can eat somewhere by water. There are a couple of nice places on Lake Hefner and also some along the river walk in Bricktown.
Sunday:
We will be coming home this afternoon. I don’t want to cook a big meal for everyone but if the kids are available we’ll have them come over around 8 p.m. for some ice cream. Soon we will get back to regular Sunday Family Dinners, though.

I hope y’all have a great week! Leave me a comment and tell me what’s on your menu this week.

Hefner Grill is good and as beautiful views of the lake…

I haven't a clue.
We had home made pizza last night, and I'm having cheese and onion crisp bakes with mini potato waffles and baked beans tonight. Beyond that though… *Shrugs* I haven't figured that out yet.
I've got roleplaying on Thursday though, so I know it will be something simple that day. Not that our meals have really been complicated lately, since I've been keeping them simple because of the fact we keep getting really hot days, and the fact we've had a lot going on lately.

That's one I'm seriously considering. We ate there a couple of years ago and the view is gorgeous.
