I’ve been “missing in action” around here but I’m back and hopefully things will get back to normal around here. David and I are determined to return to the healthy menu plan we had implemented several weeks ago.

I was wondering what happened to your menu posts. You usually get them up, even if they’re the only thing you post all week. Glad to see you managed to this week. Interesting menu too.
I had pasta with tomato sauce for dinner last night, and will be having a minted asparagus burger with salad tonight (the burger thing is a new type of veggie burger I spotted when ordering our shopping… Thought I’d try it and see if it’s any good).

Life’s been a wee bit nuts around here – ha! What did you think of the asparagus burger? I’ve never heard of anything like that.

I hadn’t heard of it either. I found it by accident, and it sounded good, so I thought I’d try it. Anyway, it was really good. Kind of messy to eat, because it didn’t stay together too well, but it tasted good, so that doesn’t matter (you’d want to put it on a metal tray or something to grill it though).

It sounds really interesting.
