We’ve got another busy week ahead of us. I think I just need to accept this as the new norm!
Monday:
- red beans (from freezer)
- rice
- salad
- French bread (from freezer)
- roasted cauliflower (Yeah, it doesn’t really go with this meal but it needs to be cooked. I’ll have some for tomorrow’s lunch.)
Tuesday:
David’s boss will be in town and we’ll be taking him out to dinner.
Wednesday:
David will be out of town with his boss so I’ll make myself a salad or something simple before choir rehearsal.
Thursday:
- Broccoli, potato and corn chowder
- rolls (Hopefully I’ll find time to bake some bread and use part of the dough for rolls.)
Friday:
- Garlic Lime Chicken
- mashed potatoes
- salad
- green beans
