Monday:
We have leftovers from the roast I cooked a few days ago so I’ll use that to make soup.
- vegetable beef soup
- homemade corn bread
Tuesday:
David will be out of town so I’ll just eat a salad or smoothie, most likely.
Wednesday:
I have a piano lesson in the afternoon and choir rehearsal in the evening. I’ll probably stay in town between the two. Maybe run an errand and then hang out at the library. I’ll need a meal which can be ready as soon as I get home from choir which will be about 8 p.m. so I think I’ll make a casserole earlier in the day and then David can stick it in the oven.

- salad
- chips and salsa
Thursday:
We have a meeting with one of our bands at a local restaurant and then another band is playing there later. We will just go ahead and eat dinner there.
Friday:
- Balsamic Chicken
- brown rice
- green beans
- salad
Saturday:
- lentil chili
- rolls or corn bread
