Do you want to eat a healthy, organic, grass fed diet but don’t think you can afford it? My friend, Victoria of A Modern Homestead, explains how they do it on less than $200 a month. Click here to find out how:
I’m loving my Instant Pot. If you decide to purchase one, I’d be forever grateful if you’d use my affiliate link. It doesn’t cost you a penny more but I receive a small portion of the purchase price from Amazon. Thank you for supporting Life With Dee!

Yesterday (Monday) I just had cheese sandwhiches for dinner, because I didn’t feel like cooking. Tonight (Tuesday) I’m planning to finally get to making that pumpkin risotto, since I didn’t end up making it when I was going to a couple of weeks ago. There will probably be leftovers from that for tomorrow’s dinner. I haven’t figured out what I’m eating Thursday through Sunday though.

I love risotto! Last week we went out for dinner and I ordered the special. It was blackened tilapia, asparagus and lobster risotto. I know you are vegetarian so this wouldn’t have worked for you but oh, my goodness…it was delicious!

Well, I’m glad you enjoyed it, even though it’s not something I’d have eaten.
