Monday
David and I each have meetings early this evening so dinner will be late. I think a nice salad will be a good choice and this one sounds delicious.
Tuesday
- Lentil Tacos
- chips and salsa
Wednesday
I’m determined to make it to the farmers market this week!
- squash casserole
- corn on the cob
- sliced tomatoes
- green beans and new potatoes
Thursday
- burgers on the grill
- homemade potato salad
- baked beans
- fresh peaches
Friday
At-home date night!
- tossed green salad with homemade vinaigrette (first course)
- French Pork with Apple Cream Sauce
- green beans
- baked potatoes
- French bread
Saturday
Leftovers or ask David to take me out for dinner. 🙂
Sunday
Mexican food lunch after church, save half for dinner

Monday: Mushroom curry with salt and pepper beancurd, served with rice.
Tuesday: I have leftovers from Monday’s dinner, so that will be Tuesday’s dinner.
Wednesday: Cucumber wraps and fresh fruit.
Thursday: I couldn’t get any avocados last time I wanted to make avocado rolls, so I’m trying again this week. If I manage it, Thursday’s dinner will be avocado rolls. If not, I’ll have to figure something else out.
Friday: Loaded baked potato, served with green beans.
Saturday: I haven’t decided yet, but there may be leftovers from Friday, in which case that will be my dinner. Otherwise, I’ll figure out something else.
Sunday: It’s our town’s anual Pirate Day event. We’re planning to go to it, and will either eat at the event, or pick something up on the way home.
