Monday

I’m volunteering at a local Feed the Children event from 5-7 p.m. I’ll put something in the crockpot for dinner.

- potatoes, onion, carrots

Thursday
We have a meeting at 4 p.m. next to a restaurant so we’ll likely eat there after the meeting.
Friday
I didn’t end up making this meal last week so we’ll try again.
- coq au vin
- salad
- roasted potatoes
- green beans
Saturday
We’ll be attending a jam session with some of our bands at a local Italian restaurant and eat dinner there.
Sunday
Mexican food after church; save half for dinner.

What’s on your menu this week?
Monday & Tuesday: I didn’t end up making the mushroom pie with mashed potato and peas that I’d planned to have for Sunday’s dinner, so I made it for Monday instead. I have leftovers from that for Tuesday’s dinner (plus some leftover pie I put in the freezer to have another day).
Wednesday: Grilled cheese and tomato sandwiches.
Thursday: Avocado enchiladas (using some of the leftover avocado rolls I had from the other week, which I put in the freezer at the time).
Friday & Saturday: New potatoes with green beans and sweetcorn.
Sunday: I haven’t decided yet.
