Good morning, friends! It’s that time again: Menu Monday. This week we’ve got an oven meal, a couple of slow cooker recipes and one for the Instant Pot. I’ve got a friend coming to visit and a couple of projects I’m hoping to finish so I’m making use of helpful appliances to get dinner on the table. Let’s take a look at what’s cooking at our house this week:

Great menu… Hope it goes to plan.
Last night I had cheese and onion crisp bakes with mini roast potatoes and mixed vegetables. Tonight was a halloumi cheese burger with fries (I think that’s how you spell the name of the cheese the burger is made from anyhow).

I was not familiar with that so I looked it up. Sounds really interesting. Now I need to try it!
