Monday:
David is in Minnesota tonight so I’ll just cook up something simple for myself.

- fresh corn on the cob
- asparagus
Tuesday:
David won’t be back from his trip until late so I’ll just be cooking for myself again.
- salad
- fresh fruit
Wednesday:
- homemade pizza
- salad
Thursday:
I have a meeting so I need a quick-to-prepare meal when I get home. I’ll prep all the veggies before I go to my meeting so it will be easy to get this meal cooked and on the table.
- corn on the cob
- roasted asparagus
- vegetable medley (zucchini, yellow squash, onion, bell pepper)
Friday:
- artichokes (as an appetizer)
- steaks
- baked potatoes
- fresh green beans
