Happy Thanksgiving to you, and to anyone else celebrating it.
Things are a bit crazy here with various repairs happening, including us having no hot water or heating during a very cold spell, as well as the fact this is roleplaying week for me. So I don’t have a menu this week, since I can’t be sure what’s happening and when. Plus, I’ve been rubbish at making menus recently anyway.
I can tell you though that last night (Monday) I had cheesy mash with green beans and carrots.

I do hope they complete the repairs soon. That must be really aggravating. And cold!
Tori says
Yes, it is. The chemicals from stuff they’re using is aggrivating my asthma, and I think the combination of that and the cold has given me a chest infection (it was -10C the night we had no heating or hot water, and not much warmer the night we only had a couple of little electric heaters to warm us). I was managing to keep it away until this all started, but now my chest is tight and wheezy. *Sigh*
Deanna Piercy says
Oh, I’m so sorry to hear that. Asthma is awful (I’m asthmatic, too) and when you add a respiratory infection on top of that…well, I just hope you are better soon.

Thanks!
