Monday:
David’s salesman was in town so we went out to dinner with him last night.
Tuesday:
I’ve got leftover mashed potatoes in the fridge which I need to use up.

Wednesday:
- Penne Mediterranean
- salad
Thursday:
I’m going shopping out of town with my daughter and I’m not sure if we will be back in time for dinner. I’ve got some jambalaya in the freezer that the guys can heat up or there may be leftovers from Wednesday.
Friday:
- Garlic Lime Chicken
- brown rice
- asparagus
- salad
We’ll be out of town for the weekend and return Monday night so next week’s menu may be late again. We are flying to Kansas City and seeing Radiohead in concert Sunday. I’m pretty excited!
