I’m writing this Sunday night after a wonderful weekend in Dallas at the Blog Elevated Conference. Whew! My brain is spinning with all that I learned. I’ve got so much I want to start working on so I’m keeping meals pretty simple this week. If you haven’t tried my Homemade Tomato Soup recipe and are looking for a quick meal, take a look.
