Monday:
I need to use the two green tomatoes I bought at the farmers market. The noodles are from the Amish Auction I recently attended and the green beans are from the Oklahoma Food Coop. I had one organic chicken breast in the freezer which will be just the right amount for chicken and noodles.

Tuesday:
I have leftover ham, some pineapple slices and a few black olives in the fridge so pizza seems like a good way to use them up. I have three activities Tuesday afternoon and won’t return home until about 6:30. My plan is to make the pizza crust in the morning, partially bake it, let cool, put on the toppings and then refrigerate. When I get home I’ll just stick it in the oven and make a salad. Easy!

Friday:
I try to fix an extra special meal for David on Fridays. I bought a nice, grass-fed steak from the Oklahoma Food Coop which is plenty large enough for two.

We are going to a concert in OKC on Saturday night, spending the night there, flying to Kansas City Sunday and seeing Nine Inch Nails in concert there Monday night. David then leaves from there on business the rest of the week and I fly home Tuesday. Since he won’t be here next week I won’t be making a menu.
