We are in New Orleans (having a great time; wish you were here) so my menu plan for this week involves eating at some of the very best restaurants anywhere.
I think we will eat lunch today at Willie Mae’s Scotch House, home of the BEST fried chicken on the planet. And that comes from the granddaughter of a woman who made amazing fried chicken.
Since this is Monday we will most likely partake of the traditional red beans and rice tonight. Beyond that? Who knows? Although we do plan to dine at Galatoires at some point this week. They require men to wear a coat and tie which David doesn’t generally travel with. This time, since we were driving rather that flying, he brought his suit. I am really looking forward to it.
