- chef salad
- steak fries
- corn on the cob
- French bread
(I know it’s a bit of a weird menu but it includes some items I need to use up and allows me to wait until tomorrow to buy groceries.)
Tuesday:
I’ve long been a Francophile and since Tuesday is Bastille Day, I think a French-inspired meal would be nice. Perhaps we’ll listen to some French music while we eat. Viva la France!
- Boeuf Bourguignon
- French Bread
- tossed green salad
Wednesday:
- leftovers (David is away Tuesday and Wednesday)
Thursday:
- chicken enchiladas
- yellow rice
- refried beans
Friday:
- date night
Saturday:
- grilled hamburgers
- fresh fruits and veggies from the farmers market
- macaroni salad
*Update: My dinner plans for Bastille Day changed. I had originally forgotten that David would be gone and then Lisa and Justin invited me to go out to eat with them and and to catch the midnight showing of Harry Potter. So I’m celebrating Bastille Day at an Italian restaurant and by watching a movie with British accents. C’est bon!
