I’m in another *use what we have* phase. Our freezer is packed so full that I would not be able to take advantage of any good sales right now. Plus I’m going to need room for the Christmas turkey and ham so it’s time to start using up some stuff.
Monday:
*crockpot roast with onions, potatoes and carrots
*salad
*the last of the homemade rolls from Thanksgiving (I froze them)
Tuesday:
*stroganoff from leftover roast
*Amish noodles
*broccoli
*salad
Wednesday:
*leftovers (choir night)
Thursday:
*eggs
*bacon
*buttermilk pancakes (need to use the buttermilk I bought for the Pioneer Woman’s chocolate cake I made for Thanksgiving)
*fruit
Friday:
*something quick and light since we are going to a Christmas party at 7 where there will be snacks
