Saturday:
- chicken with homemade bbq sauce
- potato salad
- corn
I’ll make extra chicken and potato salad to take with us to my cousin’s house for Easter Sunday. The whole extended family gathers for lunch and an Easter egg hunt. Everyone just picks up their own meal from KFC but I prefer homemade. I’ll also bake a banana cake for our dessert.
