Monday:
- macaroni and cheese with caramelized onions

Tuesday:
Mardi Gras!
- jambalaya
- potato salad
- beignets
Wednesday:
Today is the beginning of Lent and we will be attending our church’s Ash Wednesday service at 6:30. I then have choir rehearsal after that so we will need to eat before we go. I’ll either fix something simple at home or perhaps we will go early enough to attend the Wednesday night potluck first. In that case, I’ll make some type of casserole to take.
Thursday:
- Gallo Pinto
- tortilla chips and salsa
- fresh guacamole
Friday:
We are attending a wine tasting tonight from 6-9. There will be food and live music.
Saturday:
We are attending a concert at a local restaurant. The music doesn’t start until 11 but we’ll go earlier and eat dinner there first.
