My goal this week is to see if I can make all of our meals from what we already have on hand. I may need to pick up an ingredient or two, and probably some milk but I’m going to do my best to use up what we have.
Monday:
- enchiladas
- Mexican rice
- homemade guacamole and chips
Tuesday:
- broccoli/cauliflower/carrot soup (new recipe; will share how it turns out)
- homemade cheese bread (my daughter’s recipe; will share)
Wednesday:
- spaghetti
- leftover cheese bread
- green beans
Thursday:
- potato soup
- homemade bread
Friday:
- homemade egg rolls
- fried rice
- homemade sweet and sour sauce
Saturday:
- homemade vegetable soup
- quesadillas
