You’ll probably notice some repeats from last week. That’s because much of last week didn’t go according to plan and that affected our meals. Plan ahead but be flexible — that’s my motto. Well, not really. My motto is “Be good. But if you can’t be good, be interesting.” But that doesn’t really fit this situation. Anyway, here is what I think we will be eating this week:
Monday:
- lasagna roll-ups
- salad
- garlic bread
Tuesday:
- Cheesy Broccoli Fritatta
- rolls or leftover garlic bread
- fresh peach smoothies
Wednesday:
- Sour cream enchiladas
- Mexican black beans and corn (watch for recipe later this week)
- chips and salsa
Thursday:
- Macaroni salad
- fresh fruit salad
- homemade bread
Friday:
- fried chicken
- mashed potatoes and gravy
- fresh green beans
- corn on the cob
- biscuits
- peach cobbler
Saturday:
- Date night!

I have very good intentions of posting all the recipes and perhaps I'll get organized enough to make that happen at some point. 😉 Right now I'm in the process of adding the recipes I DO have on this blog to the new "Recipes" page (linked under the header).
