Monday:

Tuesday:
- Spiced Carrot and Lentil Soup (new recipe – will share later)
- naan bread (hopefully homemade)
Wednesday:
- macaroni and cheese topped with caramelized onions
- tossed green salad
- green beans
Thursday:
- Easy Vegetarian Enchiladas
- Mexican rice
- salad
- chips and salsa
Friday:
- Date night! (We haven’t gone out for a couple of weeks so we are due.)
Saturday:
- Tomato bisque soup
- quesadillas
- I might bake something for dessert. Maybe.
