I guess I need to reassess what I consider to be a busy week as they all seem to be that way these days. Tonight, David is helping load up chairs that were borrowed for a fire department fundraiser this weekend so he will be home late. Tomorrow evening he and I are helping serve dinner at Compassion Outreach, a local ecumenical ministry that provides free health care. Wednesday we will be going to Texas to attend a Soundgarden concert. I have a meeting Thursday night – two, actually, but I can only be in one place at a time. On Friday I have an organizational meeting and doctor’s appointment during the afternoon. That night we are attending a Halloween party and then going to the city on Saturday for my aunt’s 70th birthday party. Whew! Somewhere in all that I would really like to do some serious cleaning but I’m not getting my hopes up. I do however, have chocolate chip cookies baking right now. Gotta keep one’s priorities straight, right?
