We are going to New Orleans for a few days this Thursday. That means only three dinners to plan but it also means trying to use up some perishables. Let’s see what we come up with:
Monday:
- twice-baked potatoes
- whiskey-glazed carrots
- green beans
Tuesday:
- homemade pizza with bell peppers and crushed pineapple
- salad
Wednesday:
- quesadillas
- guacamole salsa with tortilla chips
- salad
Thursday – Sunday:
- New Orleans!
