We went to Oklahoma City yesterday after church to attend a show with friends and then spent the night at our favorite hotel, the Skirvin. We just got home a bit ago and then are going out this evening to draft our Fantasy Football teams at our favorite Italian restaurant. We’ll be eating there (yay!). It looks like David will be going to Enid (one of the locations he manages) for the day on Thursday so Chris and I will be alone for dinner. That’s always a good time for us to indulge in shrimp or fish since those aren’t David’s favorites. Otherwise, I think our week looks fairly routine but that’s always subject to change.

- tossed green salad
- fresh fruit
- rolls
Wednesday:
- lentil rice casserole
- tortillas, salsa, sour cream, lettuce and tomato
- some type of homemade dessert
Thursday:
- shrimp linguini
- salad
- garlic bread
Friday:
- “frosted” cauliflower
- glazed carrots
- green beans or asparagus
- salad
- homemade bread
Saturday:
- Vegetarian Paella
- salad
- garlic bread
