David got a new grill yesterday so we’ll be taking it on its maiden voyage this week.
Monday:
- grilled steaks
- fresh corn on the cob
- squash,peppers, onions
- baked potatoes
- salad
Tuesday:
- lentil rice casserole
- tortillas
- salad
Wednesday:
- grilled shrimp and tilapia
- rice
- mixed veggies
- salad
Thursday:
- chicken and artichoke hearts (I’ll post the recipe later)
- pasta
- green beans
- salad
Friday (our young adults group meets here):
- shredded pork (Hawaiian style)
- rice
- salad
- fresh pineapple
