I really don’t like to wear socks. If I could wear nothing but my Birkenstocks year round, I’d be happy. Unfortunately my feet get cold and then I feel cold all over. Guess it’s time to drag out my socks and order some more. I have a couple of pairs of these:
I am going to order a couple more pairs from Maggie’s Organics. I’m also going to get some of these to wear around the house in place of slippers:
Next up: Find some very, very thin but warm gloves which I can wear while typing. My fingers are freezing right now and it isn’t even very cold yet.
What about you? Do your feet and hands get painfully cold? What are your favorite socks? Any suggestions for “typing gloves”?
I hate socks, too. I'm a flip-flop girl but my feet freeze in the chilly months. My solution is to Uggs – and only wear them in the house. I just had to replace my first pair. They had gotten so threadbare – after having added foot inserts once – that they were no longer keeping my feet warm. Pricey and not too attractive – but WAAARM.
