Forget those Black Friday sales with the crowds of rude people pushing and shoving so they can buy “stuff”. Opt out, stay home and enjoy a quiet day with the people you love. Trust me…this is the better plan.

Justin and Ralph are going to Norman but I'm staying home and sleeping in. They aren't going early so it shouldn't be very bad (it wasn't last year, black friday isn't doing as well in the past years) but I would rather sleep. 🙂

I got talked into going once (or was it the day after Christmas sales?) and swore it would be the last. Nothing could induce me to get out of my warm and cozy bed in the dark to go fight the crowds for stuff I don't even need.

We bought a Christmas tree from a U-Cut place. No crowds, no lines. I'm all for Boycott Black Friday! 🙂
I did have to run to the grocery store (pant, pant) for a couple items and I saw people shopping. I wondered how many were really buying gifts for Christmas and how many were just buying more stuff for themselves?
