Dee’s Cookie Recipe Collection
These delicious pumpkin spice oatmeal cookies are a seasonal treat that will satisfy everyone – vegans and non-vegans alike. And with ingredients like oats, pumpkin and whole wheat flour, you can feel good about serving these healthy cookies.
Another take on pumpkin cookies, these have a nice drizzle of icing on top.
This spice cookie uses an unusual ingredient – sorghum.
This is another relatively healthy cookie packed with oats and raisins.
Grandma’s Oatmeal Krispies Cookies
This is my mom’s favorite cookie. I don’t generally use Crisco but according to my mom it’s essential in this recipe in order to have the right texture. Not healthy but pretty delicious!
These couldn’t be easier! If you want to keep a full cookie jar with just a small amount of effort, this is the recipe for you.
Dee’s Best Chocolate Chip Cookies
I saved the best for last. In my opinion, there is nothing that tops a warm-from-the-oven chocolate chip cookie. This recipe relies on lots of dark brown sugar and quality chocolate chips for a bit of an upgrade to traditional chocolate chip cookies. No use even pretending these are anything but delicious and decadent.

This reminds me that I need to bake some Christmas cookies this week! I always gift them to several neighbors every year. I might try Half Baked Harvest’s cookies this year.
