We had a wonderful long weekend in New Orleans but now I’ve got to kick it into high gear. I’m really trying not to let hurry and stress take over. That means meditation time will be especially important.

How do I deal with stress? Poorly! 😉
Seriously though… I meditate regularly, and use breathing exercises to try and keep calm (as well as try to avoid asthma attacks). But sometimes I still struggle to cope when things are really stressful.

Deanna Piercy says
I need to experiment with that. Although I’m hoping not to have an opportunity to do so for a long time. 😉
