I’m a lifelong Francophile and am forever collecting French-related resources. Since I know a number of my readers share my passion for all things French, I thought I’d share. If you have any books, films, blogs, etc. to recommend, please share in the comments. I’m giving this post its own page in the drop-down menu on the header for easy access in the future. I will periodically update it so check back now and again.

Yahoo Group:
I’ve been a member of the French Chic Yahoo Group since 2004 and moderator for several years. It used to be very active but with the departure of our beloved moderator, “Marline” the group has become rather quiet. Periodically someone would try to start the conversation again but without success. (Update: Sadly, Yahoo Groups no longer exist.)
I finally decided to start a French Chic group on Facebook and it is doing so well! Click here to join:

I hope you find this list helpful and will share your own favorite resources with me.
I highly recommend adding At Home with Madame Chic by Jennifer L Scott to your wishlist – i loved her second book even more than her first, and am eagerly awaiting her third. Also, while I’m sure you are already familiar with them, just in case they have slipped under your radar, Jennifer has a great YouTube channel, the Daily Connoisseur, and the Simply Luxurious LIfe has a wonderful podcast that i often listen to on my from or to picking up the kids from school.
Thank you for your wonderful suggestions! I don’t have Jennifer’s book on the list in this post but I do have it in my Amazon Wish List. I’m about ready to add another French-inspired book to my collection and your recommendation has moved this one to the top of my list. I do watch her YouTube channel occasionally. I ought to look for and share more resources from there. Finally, I found The Simply Luxurious Life podcast a couple of months ago and I LOVE it! I’ll add these to the links in the post. Thanks again for your recommendations.
I had no idea you had this fabulous blog! I LOVE it. Just signed up. Oh and you must read Paris Letters by Janice Macleod. One of my new favorites 🙂 Krista (from Paris)

I’m so happy you found me. I have blogged elsewhere for years but just launched this site last week. I’ll be ready for a new book soon. I think I’ll bump Paris Letters to the top of the list since you recommend it. 🙂
Love it! Thank you so much xx
