This past weekend we hosted the second annual Happyland Music Fest here at Apple Tree Farm. What a blast! It was pretty much indescribable so I’ll just post a few pictures:
I’d like to say there’s some deep meaning behind the incorrectly drawn music notes. If I think of one, I’ll let you know.
Our paddle boat on the pond. Someone else brought another, barely sea-worthy, boat but I didn’t get a photo. We did have to ask the kids to get out of the pond at about 2:30 a.m. This was not one of their better ideas.
This doesn’t really have anything to do with the Happyland theme butpirate flags are always a nice touch.

The next day. There’s no good explanation for this.
A group shot the next morning. Some left the night before and some were still sleeping.
We didn’t get an accurate count but we estimate there were around 50 people this year. Everyone said they had a terrific time and we are already planning Happyland Music Fest ’10.
You have GOT to be the coolest people in your area. I loved reading about this!
