The other day I told David that I want my very own Snap-On screwdriver with interchangeable heads in my Christmas stocking. We used to have an orange one in the kitchen drawer and it was the only thing we had with the proper head for taking apart my Bosch mixer for proper cleaning. Then “someone” (no one is owning up to it) removed it from the drawer. There’s a yellow one in there now but it is missing the particular head I need for that task.
I hadn’t thought anymore about it until yesterday when he walked in the front door after work and handed me this:
Well, it didn’t have my name on it yet but yes, it IS pink. And it IS a Snap-On.
If you know anything about tools you’ll know why I say I’m spoiled. Snap-on is pretty dang proud of their products so they aren’t cheap. But on the other hand, this will last a life-time – assuming people respect the fact that it’s MINE and leave it where it belongs. 😉

And if you are like we are, Snap-On is a Tax Deduction. Yeah, Don spends that much on Snap-On yearly. I try not to think about it…

Back when David was a mechanic, yes. 😉 Now he primarily buys for the company and for our son-in-law for Christmas. It's like the male equivalent of a shoe obsession.
