This afternoon David and I attended the wedding of my cousin’s son. It’s always sweet to witness young love in its beginnings.
The whole wedding was quite personalized but I do believe this “takes the cake”:
We had a wonderful time visiting with some of my out-of-town cousins and then went out for a late lunch with my parents and one of those cousins.
That cake made me smile. Unconventional, personal and wonderful.
