Meditation Challenge For September

I’ve got a small meditation and yoga group on Facebook called Namaste, Y’all. We have done a couple of meditation challenges together and are doing another for September. I gathered a collection of guided meditations from various sources and we do one each day. I thought you might like to join us. I’ve included all the meditations below. I’m not very rule oriented – rules seem antithetical to mindfulness – so feel free to pick and choose whichever you like. If you find one you absolutely love, you can do it every day. Or try them all. Whichever feels right to you.

  4. Clearing negativity (15.5 minutes)

  8. Transforming emotions (20 minutes)
  9. Short body scan meditation (15.5 minutes)
  10. Guided meditation on forgiveness and loving myself (24 minutes)
  11. Back to basics guided meditation (15 minutes)
  12. Healing Space: A spoken word guided meditation for deep relaxation (26 minutes)
  13. Blissful deep relaxation (18 minutes)
  14. Mindfulness guided meditation (5 minutes)
  15. Guided breath meditation (5 minutes)
  16. Ram Dass – Art of Awareness (25 minutes)
  17. A desert oasis – guided meditation for a clear mind (2.46 minutes)
  18. Self-esteem: a guided relaxation session (9.30 minutes)
  19. Clear the mind, focus thoughts and relax (10 minutes)
  20. Chakra meditation balance and healing (10 minutes)
  21. 5 minutes off (5 minutes)
  22. Positive change (6.5 minutes)
  23. Gratitude, forgiveness and abundance (15 minutes)
  24. Gratitude meditation (18 minutes)
  25. Open to receive love and abundance (16 minutes)
  26. Positive thinking meditation: Endorphin meditation with positive affirmations (10 minutes)
  27. Healing spirit: Guided meditation for Relaxation, Anxiety and Depression (28 minutes)
  28. Lost valley of the elves (LOTR) (20 minutes)
  29. The beach (8 minutes)
  30. Guided meditation with Eckhart Tolle (12 minutes)
