We had SO MUCH FUN on our trip to Austin! You can see my train pictures here and I’ll be blogging about the rest of the trip tomorrow on Tea With Dee. However, because of the places we ended up eating we didn’t really have any vegetables to speak of so I’m really craving them. And salad. That explains tonight’s menu:
Monday:
- baked potatoes topped with steamed broccoli and cheese
- tossed green salad
After dinner I’m going to pop some organic popcorn in coconut oil for us to enjoy while watching whatever we got from Netflix. I think it’s Modern Family but I wouldn’t swear to it.
Tuesday:
- pasta with vodka cream sauce
- mixed California style frozen veggies (found a bag when I cleaned out the freezer)
- tossed green salad
- garlic bread
Wednesday:
- black bean tacos
- Mexican rice
- salad
- tortilla chips and salsa
Thursday:
- lasagna roll-ups
- peas
- salad
- garlic bread
Friday:
- Hawaiian chicken in crockpot (new recipe)
- rice
- fresh pineapple
- green beans
- Butter and Brown Sugar Roasted Sweet Potatoes (another new recipe)
