I’m writing this Sunday night after spending all day clearing out, organizing and cleaning our laundry room. I’m too tired to move, let alone think. So there’s a good chance this menu will be subject to change because I’m sure I’m forgetting something. Ha!
Dee’s Weekly Menu
David has a firefighter meeting at 6 p.m. so we need something quick before he goes.
- green beans
We didn’t get around to this last week so we’ll try it again.
*I told you I was likely forgetting something. This is Mardi Gras or Shrove Tuesday. Pancakes are traditional for this day so perhaps I’ll switch out the waffles for pancakes. Or maybe not. I like waffles better and that’s close enough, right? 😉
- cheeseburgers (on the grill if it’s warm enough)
- French fries (from the freezer
Lisa and I will be doing out monthly grocery shopping in the city. I’m not likely to be home in time to cook dinner so we’ll all be on our own.
I’m going to do one of those Pinterest recipes I said I would try.
- Slow Cooker Honey Garlic Chicken and Veggies
- tossed green salad
David and I will be celebrating Valentine’s Day (a day early) with lunch in a nearby town and if the weather is nice enough, we’ll visit Turner Falls afterward. We may catch a movie, too.
Lunch out after church and leftovers for dinner.
What’s on your menu this week?
I’m linked up on I’m an Organizing Junkie. Go check out the other menus!
Monday: baked potato with cheesy beans and fried mushrooms and onions.
Wednesday: spaghetti with tomato sauce and fresh bread.
Thursday & Friday: leek and potato pie with carrots and peas.
I haven’t figured out Saturday and Sunday yet.

Yep… With maple syrup. 😉
