Monday:
David is out of town for a couple of days so I just kept it simple.
- vegetable medley (onion, bell pepper, squash, zucchini)
- rice
- baked sweet potato
Tuesday:
I cooked enough extras for tonight, as well.
Wednesday:
- tacos
- salad
Thursday:
- pancakes
- organic sausage links
- eggs
- fruit smoothies
Friday:
- macaroni and cheese with caramelized onions
- whiskey-glazed carrots
- salad
